Hi there! I'm Mara Nharia, a passionate advocate for living positively. My mission is to share uplifting ideas and practical advice for embracing a fulfilling and sustainable lifestyle. I’m a mother, sister, wife, and friend to some of the most wonderful people I know—you all know who you are! And I can’t forget my furry companions who sometimes run the show at home: my pampered cats, Dutch and Bailey, and my three fish, Te Amo, Amor, and Swim Shady, affectionately known as 47 Ronan ;)

 

Growing up in the beautiful Pacific Northwest has been a blessing, surrounded by stunning mountains, rainforests, oceans, lakes, and picturesque farmlands. While I love to travel and explore new places, my heart will always belong to the PNW, no matter where life takes me. My love for the outdoors is immense, and walking meditations are essential for my mental well-being—rain or shine, I need that time outside.

 

I have a passion for gardening, cooking, and sharing delicious recipes. This spring, I’m excited to work on creating a sustainable garden at home, which I plan to showcase on my website. Additionally, I’m embarking on my yoga journey, embracing each day as a beginner. I’m currently studying nutrition, sustainability, meditation, and positive psychology, and I hope to contribute to these fields as I gain more knowledge. I have a deep admiration for those who embody kindness, optimism, and a hopeful perspective on life. I understand that the world can be challenging, and it has certainly tested me!
